Delivery Driver

Locations:  NC / SC / VA

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for driving and delivery of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product. – Check accuracy and stability of the load. – Deliver products to customers. – Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards. – Invoice and collect monies due. – Pick up company property. – Secure company assets. – Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. – Settle all accounts daily.

In this role you are responsible for delivering products to customers and may merchandise, rotate and display products.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-3 years of general work experience required
  • 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
  • Local delivery experience preferred
  • Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
  • Ability to operate a two or four wheel dolly
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Driving record within companies policy guidelines required
  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.

Brand Manager

Locations:  NC / SC / VA

The Brand Manager is the primary person involved with specific key brands. During a market launch they are responsible for the placement, marketing, and sampling of these products. They work hand in hand with management and sales team in order to see the success of a new product, as well as success of current brands assigned to them. The position is responsible for the customer relationships along with increasing business through planned efforts with management and sales team.

Job Description:

  • Execute and close all sales calls.
  • Sell in incremental displays and equipment placements; sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance.
  • In connection with a sales call, maintain appropriate inventory levels, maintain company assets and point of sale, ensure account meets Company merchandising standards, determine stores’ product needs, place and transmit appropriate order in conjunction with existing geographic sales routes.
  • Communicate account activities to appropriate parties
  • Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account.
  • Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling and light merchandising.

Qualifications:

  • High School or GED (General Education Diploma) required.
  • Bachelor Degree/3-4 Yr College – Univ. Degree preferred.
  • 1+ year’s previous sales experience preferred.
  • Food/beverage industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Proficient computer application skills.
  • Ability to create and conduct sales presentations preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Warehouse Worker Job description

EnergyNC is looking for warehouse workers to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking and packing orders, maintaining, cleaning and organizing warehouse product and merchandising materials area. EnergyNC’s  goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction pertaining to warehousing activities.

Warehouse Worker Job Duties:

  • Prepare orders by processing request, pulling appropriate product, packing appropriate product and verifying correct product is loaded safely on truck or van
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and work stations neat, maintaining clean shipping area and complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products.
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.

Requirements
